Refund Policy
- Current Bookings :
- Current Bookings are subjected to availability of Seats. If ranthamborediaries is unable to find seats for your bookings we will refund you 100% of the total amount of money.
In Current bookings there is no cancellations, and if you cancel your safari after booking you will not get any refund.
- Advance Booking :
- Advance Bookings are done minimum before 2 days. If ranthamborediaries.com is unable to find seats for your bookings we will refund you 95% of the total amount of money. In Advance Bookings safari can be cancelled within 3 Days of Booking (given that it is booked before 5 days minimum of the Date of safari). If you cancel the safari you will get 50% refund.
*Advance bookings are accepted 2 days prior to the date of the safari. There is the provision of a 50% refund of the total amount taken only if the booking is cancelled by giving at least 3 days prior notice from the date of the safari.
In case of advance booking, if ranthamborediaries.com is unable to book your safari, the customer will get a refund of 100% of the ticket price and 50% of service charges paid to ranthamborediaries.com within 7 working days.*
- Tatkaal :
- Tatkaal Bookings are done minimum before 7 days. There is no cancellation or refund policy in Tatkaal bookings, if you cancel your bookings or no show then no money will be refunded.
- No show :
- There is no responsibility of ranthamborediaries if the person has booked tickets and is no show on the Pickup location or is late. Ranthambore diaries is not responsible for any of traveller's mistakes or delay's.
