Safari Pricing & Charges

• Safari prices may vary during weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons, depending on demand and availability.
• An additional surcharge ranging from ₹200 to ₹700 per seat may be applied on weekends and peak dates.
• Weekend and peak-date surcharges are calculated per seat and are strictly non-negotiable.
• All safari prices are inclusive of applicable government taxes, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
• Once a seat is reserved in any safari vehicle (Gypsy or Canter), it cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred to another visitor.

Booking Policy

• All safari bookings are subject to availability and approval by the Forest Department.
• Booking confirmation is provided only after successful payment and permit generation.
• Safari permits are issued by the Forest Department of Rajasthan, and Ranthambore Diaries acts solely as a booking facilitator.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No cancellation or refund is permitted once the booking is confirmed.
• All safari bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Safari permits, once generated by the Forest Department, cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
• No refund will be applicable in case of weather conditions, wildlife movement, or forest department restrictions.

Safari Experience Disclaimer

• Wildlife sightings, including tiger sightings, are not guaranteed, as safaris take place in a natural habitat.
• Safari routes, zones, and timings are decided by the Forest Department and may change without prior notice.
• Guests are required to follow all park rules, safety guidelines, and instructions given by forest officials during the safari.

Responsibility & Compliance

• Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the safari.
• Ranthambore Diaries will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or inconvenience caused due to factors beyond control, including forest regulations or natural conditions.
• Any violation of park rules may result in penalties imposed by forest authorities.
